So he changed the deadline for the PA response. Leading to:

Attorneys for Pennsylvania election officials told the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday that granting an injunction requested by challengers to the state’s mail-in voting law would “sow chaos and confusion” across the nation.

Chaos it would be. As it would make a sudden mockery over Safe Harbor. Then impeding the electoral process as other States are given the PA pretzel treatment?

Alito needs to immediately stock the pretzel act.
