First off, while someone referred to the state representative as a congressman and while I then sometimes referred to the person as such, I learned a moment ago that the state representative (who is thus not a member of the US federal congress) is not a man. The state representative is a woman.

The representative is not questioning FCEL. The representative is supporting FCEL. The representative is disagreeing with a government agency's action that was not good for FCEL. In my post at https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=159939223 I include a copy of the text of the letter by the state representative to Ms. Marissa Paslick Gillett, Commissioner and Chair Public Utilities Regulatory Authority. In that document is the name of the state representative. The name is Holly Cheeseman.
