Hotmeat-There is concrete proof in the examiner's report. In the report concerning retained assets, he said he didn't evaluate them because equity was too far out of the money. If the assets weren't there, it would've been much easier to say. "there are none." But, he didn't say that. The reason being he knew he would be telling a lie. I don't know about you,but to me, that is proof.
