for those who enter say two years of GOV service that pays just above poverty level
some quid pro quo for say 35% of the loan debt - work it off
one of mine will be done with the GRAD school loans in 5 years as he works at an Urban High school and is working it off -- but <5 years and NONE is gone and at 5 years 50% and then 10% a year
