Was this an assessment you made before or after you looked at the financial report? I know OTC runs on hype instead of information, but fair value is just a mathematical equation. (Assets - Liabilities)/Outstanding Shares puts us in the high 8 cent range. We know the O/S hasn't changed since then either: no dilution.

This misalignment of technicals and fundamentals would be fascinating if I wasn't in the red. I wonder what those Ivory Tower finance academics would say if they saw this.
