FACTS ... as of Market Close today Monday 11/30/20.

a. Still a Stop Sign, needs 2019 Annual and some 2020 disclosures plus Attorney letter to OTC. There has to be HURDLE , to have this not done yet, but TIME WILL TELL.
b. No news today , PR or disclosures
c. No ONE KNOWS what the Bioclonetics side will do to anything here , but I take that back Charles C knows.
that has to happen soon . I know if I was an original investors of Bioclonetics back when... I would want to know in specifics .
The Disclosure on 11.23 had NOTHING to do with those shareholders . Personally that would have me concerned if I was buying at these prices from Friday and today Monday . (remember I have been here and a supporter, but need some more factual data is all.)
d. Was waiting to see that news of the expansion to carry past the original Texas A and M PR, for sure since the date 11/30/20 was on there for some expansion on the lab.
e. Share Structure has not been updated since 11/9/20, concerning. All know the Share Structure can be changed with any filing or disclosure.

f. OTC folks get a little sketchy with no news , I mean there are some CULT people here , but there are many that will start doing some Risk Management if some of the details do not come out . They can always get back in at any time . Why not protect the holding with some Risk Management ... just watch . IF you bought today , there are a LOT OF FOLKS below those prices... TIME will tell.

PROS
a. My Goodness what a run these past two weeks , congrats to all that have made profit , are in it presently on close today, or are managing their portfolio that fits them . Trade responsibly.

b. Charles Cotropia , I do not see him backing down, turning sideways , not communicating in any shape form or fashion . With out him as our CEO , though would not have made it to what it is . There is plan, it is Legal, and when it comes out , it may or may not look like what has been portrayed by many here , but it will be a PLAN.

c. Super Bowl Team of Mgt , Knowledge,Experience , Advisors and connections . That part can go on forever in DD .

d. They do have Patents , Trademarks, Intellectual Property that has value now and is protected by one of the Best Attorneys in that Field, the CEO . Can not get much better than that.

Summary , for me , maybe not you .. I need to see that next clarification past the Cons above is all. I know what I own, I know my DD has been proven and I also have a PLAN. GLTA
