The OTC lives on the rare one that pays off big to give everyone hope that their particular POS could do the same.

There is a reason they put big lights and noise on the slot machine when it pays off big...just keeps the coins coming into all the other ones.

But for a non-reporting penny ticker to be sporting a close to $1 Billion market Cap is ridiculous. It is a bubble beyond bubbles.

Many will get hurt...to pay for those that made the $ trading it.
