Last time Q2 they filled too late with 10Q you were insiting to warn us for pink sheets horror scenarios I think 3 or 4 times nothing happened.

Really? I recollect posting that little happens on a single late submission other than the statute mandated inability to use an S3 next spring [and with this issue, they can no no longer use a shelf from 2021/3 to 2021/12]

The SEC does not act on this type stuff though until it gets absurd (and NWBO has a long way to go on that).

OTCMarket is another story. They have a grace period that expires June 25th. I would not expect them to act immediately, but do not forget two years ago when a 30 day grace period expired on a Saturday and NWBP was trading on the Pinks Monday morning.

So I will agree next week is very likely. If not, whatever is broken is way broken.

And NWBO did get the 10-Q in the next week, within the OTCQB's 30 day fix-it period.
