I agree Sub Atomic master, there will be no need for a reverse split if the TLD is released & it is positive. NWBio should easily meet & maintain a minimum stock price of $3 or $4 per share.

NWBio already meet some of the other required quantitative qualifications based on the “Market Value of Listed Securities” standards, including: number of shareholders, current stock float, stockholders’ equity, and collective market capitalization.

However, there are other quantitative and qualitative standards NWBio will need to meet before their application for uplisting will be approved.
