Just wanted to remind everyone that the members of the study group who "contracted COVID" were symptomatic - there is no mention of being asymptomatic while participating. There are wildly different percentages in the strata groups who show symptoms - up to 80% of 10-19yo don't show symptoms if infected with COVID-19 which sinks to 30% of those 70yo and older.

The goal of these mRNA vaccines is to REDUCE the severity of the disease - NOT to prevent infection.

90% protection?? Seems to me more like it reduced being symptomatic to 10%.....The trials were basically a safety trial....not necessarily efficacy.
