Yes things are slowing down, as we can see from the six months it took for our still-incomplete PDD results. The CROs are slammed and much work is done remotely. A couple months impact is not surprising. The pandemic has many effects on drug trials, resources, schedules, etc for clinics and hospitals, labs, biotechs, CROs, and regulators.

We're still waiting on many PDD metrics' results. Part of biotech, you take it along with all the risks.
