I think the poverty lines will be extensive, that the feds will provide more funds, those in poverty will decide in 2022 that "we are from the gov't, here to help" is an obscene phase and vote every dem out of office -- i.e. 1994

but maybe, just maybe, illegal votes will be trashed and Trump wins in a landslide
