Have been a lurker since being banned for posting anti-lib positions -- the landslide happened and the mail-in fiasco happened, and the election appears to be headed to the Supremes -- so not much remains to be said

Lots of litigation on compensation of "S" Corp principals, whether FICA taxable or a profit distribution -- about the same if a "C" Corp -- and also, the IRS audits all billionaires -- that's where the money is -- and they have very competent lawyers on their staff -- would not be surprised should the IRS have full-time agents working in the Trump offices -- they do in many large businesses
