If they don't respect share holders they Will loose credibility, that Is worse for Them; Who would invest on an eventual restructuration Plan if they keep share holders without any information for years? The winners in industry management doesn't work like this.If they Jump even december 2020 for a disclousure they won't be able to find more investors.
