OTCShotCaller~ Agree with all your salient points, BUT, there's so much more!....You're dead-right about these 2 Co.s' UNIQUE formulary patents for solutions to cure HIV/AIDS & Covid, whose Viruses are "corollary" to each other, i.e., have similar structures, as ENZC CEO Charles Cotropia stated in his last PR release. Therefore, the owners of these 2 Co's, which are just about to merge, believe that with each of their patents guarding their proprietary formularies, they will have a successful cure for both COVID and HIV/AIDS.
However, I do not agree with you as to what ENZC's PPS will be or should be. I believe it will be worth at least $100/Share, and in much sooner time than you think.
We here in Investorshub have researched and shared several different virtues of ENZC's I-TV-1 and BioClonetics' Clone3~ their flagship patents~ but they own many more~ and remember, Dr. Fauci himself, Head of NIH Infectious Diseases Dept, deemed the patent for Clone3 so valuable that he would've stolen it from Dr. Joseph Cotropia who invented it, had not his brother Charles, a highly-skilled & very shrewd patent-lawyer, won the lawsuit to stop Fauci's takeover.
(btw, I believe ITV-1 has a 98% success rate, not 95%, for HIV/AIDS, acc. to ENZC.)
Besides the valuable aspects of I-TV-1 and Clone3 that you mentioned in your Message, there are even more outstanding features about these 2 Companies' patents that distinguish them as being superior from all other companies' products out there that we know of, that are considered as candidates for Covid-19 vaccines and cures. First, ENZC's patent enables the targeting of a protein on the virus (which is like the doorway or key to the rest of the virus), so that this formulary can block entry into this doorway, thus stop the virus from replicating itself, i.e., from growing or spreading, and penetrating further into the human body.
Secondly, ENZC's formulary can block the virus from mutating or "morphing" itself into other new strains. As scientists know from past experience with the flu, no sooner do they come up with a vaccine to fight against one flu strain, than the virus has already re-invented itself and created a new one, so that scientists must then figure out how to come up with another vaccine for that particular strain. ITV-1, or the solution ENZC has, can block these mutations from happening and eradicate the need for endless research, manufacturing, & many costs.
I don't think there is any other Bio-Med product out there that we know of that has these above 2 capabilities alone.
(Remember, too, that ENZC's solution is effective against at least the 6100 known-strains of HIV-AIDS! AMAZING!)
Of course, ENZC's and BioClonetics' product/solutions have even more outstanding and unique aspects. Not the least of which is that theirs are All-Natural!~ a HUGE plus, making them more effective, safer (no side effects), and cheaper! As we've all been reading, there are many side effects in the other pharmaceutical companies' solutions~ in fact, Eli Lilly and JnJ had to shut down their clinical testing temporarily because of harmful side-effects~ but they declined to say just what happened to the people tested. And I'm quite sure that's because of legal ramifications for Lilly & JnJ.
Furthermore, Pfizer's vaccine, which was just announced this past week, has NOT yet been approved by FDA~ it is still in Phase 3 of clinical testing. AND it's only 90% effective, acc to their testing results thus far. Also, am not certain it can be used on children under 12 yet, or weighing less than 40 pounds, or perhaps this pediatric concern pertains only to Regeneron's product just recently released. PLUS, it is either Regeneron or Remdisivir that changes the RNA, which some people believe is not good and can adversely impact the human body.
I cannot stress this vital difference between ENZC/BioClonetics and all other companies' vaccines and therapeutics/cures, which use artificial products~ whether from embryos or stem-cells or particles from mice~ which are injected into the human body. BUT ENZC/BioClonetics are again All-Natural, which is far healthier and safer than any other cure or vaccine out there on the market or horizon for infectious diseases.
For all these above additional reasons and indications, ENCZ and BioClonetics seem to be in the lead for the COVID & HIV/AIDS Cure, and they are also working on a "Preventative", or type of vaccine, in the form of a pill that people would take every month, to prevent them from contracting COVID. But it doesn't stop there! ENZC/BioClonetics may likely hold the Key to curing/preventing a lot of other serious diseases, such as diptheria, rabies, ms, the common cold, the flu, and even cancer!
Thus ENZC/BioClonetics stands to revolutionize the entire pharmaceutical industry, akin to the invention of the wheel or discovery of fire~ which will truly make for a vast improvement for the well-being of all mankind and humanity! It will eliminate untold misery & suffering~ besides economic loss!
HOW can you put a price-tag on this?!?! I don't know. But I DO know that it is of inestimable value, beyond human comprehension.
And I also know that we, as Shareholders, need to recognize that we, too, DO have rights. Including when we might be a Take-Over Target! The SEC Rules apply to all publicly-traded companies, whether NYSE, NASDAQ, or OTC! Don't be duped by those who try to belittle us, saying it's just a Penny Stock or an OTC Stock! The reason ANY company goes public is to raise money! Shareholders give up their hard-gotten gains, or money, to help the company take flight until it gets established, and we Shareholders, in turn, expect to receive just compensation as our reward for taking the risk of sustaining them, believing in them until they become successful.
Shareholders here in ENZC are NO different!
And we KNOW what we've got! IF there ever comes the day that ENZC would be bought out, and WE aren't happy with the compensation, we can always balk, vote to NOT approve whatever we're offered, and if the Take-Over Co does not agree to our Counter-Offer, we can always take 'em to court.
Please REMEMBER this in November & December, and in the days, weeks, or months ahead!
WE are worth something, too! Let's not sell ourselves short!
