Where did you read that in what I have said? I’ve mentioned elsewhere that if they were not just bluffing NWBO could go to Europe first. One of the theoretical attractions of NWBO was that it had different ways to win.

But the Europeans do tend to take forever and cannot be trusted anymore than the FDA can. Witness the abject failure of the once promoted Hospital Exemption in Germany as an example. So if we have a split decision by the regulators it is better than failing with all three but still it will drag things out.
