PUBLIC NOTICE...I am suspending the normal thread rules until the market opens Friday so the following subject can be discussed.

Subject: IHub Resident Subscription Service Self-Proclaimed Trading Gurus

I saw a post by one of IHub's resident subscription service self-proclaimed trading gurus this afternoon that finally pissed me off. This person is not alone with regards to this type of offensive post. I've seen similar snide comments directed at others from some of the other self-proclaimed subscription service gurus that inhabit IHub.

I don’t see why “if” these subscription gurus are so great why they need to bash others. Seems to me, their shine alone should attract enough attention. Personally, if they are as good as they constantly proclaim, I can't understand for the life of me why they need to sell services. In my opinion, I suspect the vast majority of these subscription gurus, make most of their income from their services rather than from their trading. If they were as good as they proclaim, I doubt most of them would be spending their time providing subscription services.

If you are spending your money on one of these services or if you are considering spending your money on one of these services, before you spend a dime or another dime demand that the service provider provide you with a verifiable track record of trading success. I am not talking about a record of "calls" made on a message board or in a trading room. I am talking about making available to the public verifiable records of a designated trading account owned by the service. If they are as good as they proclaim, providing such records should be a no brainer, as it publicly proves their competence and such disclosure would provide a windfall of new subscribers.

I for one am tired of the slams many of these folks dish out toward others in an effort to promote themselves. These slams are all to often directed towards message board members who collectively share their analysis for free (with no underlying scheme to attract subscribers) and in turn read the analysis shared by others in an attempt to better profit in the markets.

Fortunately, some of these subscription service gurus have the good manners to at least restrict their self-promotion to their own thread. However, some of these subscription gurus float all over IHub constantly self-promoting covertly and overtly.

If you are tired of seeing these self-proclaimed subscription service gurus promoting themselves all over IHub (or any other investment message boards for that matter) here is your chance to publicly sound off…
