OPTI - The SEC has good reason to investigate now

They should already have suspended it. "an International Commodities Consortium"? Name please.

Apparently this one thought that filing a Form 15, means they could make up imaginary $2B deals out of thin air. Just like any other Pinky stock.

Then again the SEC always allows these things to keep bubbling around. Only stopping it, when an insider tries to dump.
