Interesting question. Not sure it makes a difference in terms of process. But since a buyout will require a vote of the shareholders, does she want to ensure those warrants remain in the hands of investors she considers friendly? The warrants would need to convert to shares for eligibility to vote, so could they be targeting mid December for a buyout?
