If it was paid out and done it would be tradeable (my account shows all divy I get n the X date, and when they get the certs then Imy account shows the symbol and restriction if any and the number of shares) right now it my account only shows a number and 10,000x1, my broker points the finger at the T/A the T/A points thefinger at BKMP and BKMP points the finger at both brokrage houses and the T/A, and all say it is not up to them to fix it. IMO BKMP in the end has the responcability to fix the mess THEY made.
