Not reaching at all. Along with a 500% increase in sales is the cost of the goods sold for that 500% increase. Along with that revenue comes the GL insurance, the increase in labor to ship out the 500% increase in goods, the increased accounting of the 500% in revenue, the money cost of RedGawk had to finance their cost of their goods( manufacturing ), and the increased labor/logistical costs, and the insurance/payroll tax, benefits multiplier that goes along with this 500% increase in sales. Where exactly did they store all of these goods that were part of this 500% increase ? These are real costs, real dollars, and it all affects the bottom line.
