Bonnie, valuations base on how the market has already priced a company ( market cap) in a similar, but inferior products. Time wise ,just waiting on the merger to be complete. Once completed I expect nothing less than an all out bidding war, from 5 or 6 pharmaceutical companies . Any by the way that price is on the low side( extremely conservative) . The longer they drag their feet the higher we go . Imo , so take it with a grain of salt.
