Selling to a major doesn't seem to make sense here in my opinion. Why go through the process of reverse merging with a public shell if they are just going to sell off their claims? Also, why set up the "Off-Take Agreement" if they are just going to sell the claim to a major? A major likely has the capital to set up mining operations. I think it's pretty clear here that Ameca knows quite well the value of what they are sitting on. The off-take agreement and the reverse merger with a public shell are both vehicles to give the company access to capital so they can set up their own mining operation. At least, this is what i'm thinking... i could be wrong.
