But as you said it wasn't current managements fault, they were left with the mess to clean up, letting the shares all convert as they would have regardless and leaving the sharestructure bloated is not really cleaning things up.

And if they turn things around no one will care that they split the stock since they had little other choice from what they walked into.

But I know, everyone thinks there is no reason to ever R/S yet it happens every day in penny world.
