It's not starting over clean if you carry the reputation of dilute split repeat around with you. This company has done that...but this new management has not. And besides how people perceive it...1 billion shares at a penny isn't much different than 100 million shares at 10 pennies...you would still be here saying they're over valued and the company wouldn't have any extra money just because the share structure looks more inviting...and if you believe they're all about dillution...they would have fewer shares to run through before repeating it all over again.
