to be honest: I think Cerebain already has a buyer and the price all depends on Cerebains Alzheimers device having efficacy (helps or not).
Someone has been funding them for well over a year, and my last count was well over $100k a month. If the device helps (even a tiny bit), it'll be a minimum of .20.... if the device doesn't help, Cerebain is still worth .01 for tax purposes for acquiring Company.
This is all my opinion, and just an educated guess. I honestly didn't have much to lose knowing that Cerebain has had an accumulated loss of about $30 million.
