Your OS count is FAKE! OCLG has Over 1.2B or 1200M shares Huge OS now while its Giant AS is still 7B or 7000M shares! That Outdated so-called 773M-shares-OS is 100% Misleading Info.!
How did you know that 60% of OS is "locked", LOL?
Totally 190,795,073 shares dumped at 0.0002 since 09/03/2020 alone! Therefore OCLG will further decline to 0.0001 x 0.0002 again as soon as this week like its peers did...
76M-0.0002 x 130M-0.0003 now! Hopefully it won't crash back to 0 (i.e. "no bid at all") x 0.0001 again in the future!

LOL, How could someone get the OS count from a TA which had already terminated its share's transfer business with OCLG Long Time ago? The old TA did update the SS for OLCG on 11/30/2017, but that was almost Three Years ago --- see the link below!
