It is comical that stocks like the Harrow Horror Show (SLJB) continue to trade with a laundry list of allegations while this sleeper gets halted for paperwork snafus that you could pin on hundreds of Pinkies. (http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=15870664)
This may turn out for the better as it will force the hand of the powers that be to grease up the wheels a bit and get some info out to shareholders and the SEC.
It wouldn't be beyond speculation that some cold water is being thrown on this thing because the accumulating has some of the shorts concerned and that is how it got brought to the attention of the SEC in this massive array of similar companies.
May turn out for the better..forcing some news to hit the streets.
