Consider the context. He has been filing. The documents are registered up to 2004 with the SEC. That much has been accorded by the SEC.
What we don't know is if he is having any trouble with them on a communication level, seeing as he has stated publicly that the remaining filings are due before 2006 finishes, and that he would be letting investors know the status of this shortly, a week ago.
What we don't know is if there is anythign esle going on that would prmopt the action by the SEC today. I can only assume it would have been prompted by the recent massive increase in stock share price.
We will see. It seems a bit fishy to me that the SEC singles out some on the pinks and not others, like SLJB, CSHD, etc, etc. TLYN is not even in the same league as those frauds. We will see.
