Ok, let's look at a doctor-patient interaction in a world run by rais:

-patient gets excited about a medication

-doctor hasn't heard of it

-patient shows up to doctor's office with a bad panel, asks about Vascepa

-doctor hasn't heard of it

-patient rightfully agitated that they are getting GL, when they are better off with V

-doctor hasn't heard of it

...without reps (and this is big part of the problem with the recent legal rulings), you end up with more doctor's appointments looking like this:
