Must have missed the part about no revenue source, $2501 of assets, etc. And even if the $1.7M of debt isn't paid immediately, all of their disposable income through 5 years will be applied to the plan/debt under that sub-Chapter 5. All of it. Without any revenue, that's going to be pretty tough.

And, please, call the company? LOL If you want to be conned, talk to a con artist.

No RS because FINRA said no, not because the company didn't desire one, and FINRA said no because they are severely delinquent in publishing their business performance.

$2501 in assets.... right in the bankruptcy filing.... yeah, this is big time, those 2.9B shares will be golden in a few decades.
