trader59, Important points with this DGTW thought...

That thought will be proven wrong with DGTW. It has been confirmed that they have a plan and a business and will be moving forward after they emerge from bankruptcy. It's very simple. Either you believe or you don't believe. Do like I did and pick up the phone and make some calls and do some due diligence (DD) to personally confirm for yourself. Here's what you will learn...

1. No reverse split because you will learn and be told that the shareholders will keep their positions of ownership the same.

2. Existing shareholders will retain all of their equity stake (common shares).

3. They truly do have a plan to move forward that will be revealed in greater detail after their emergence.

4. They truly do have major support and financing for their plan to move forward that will be revealed in greater detail after their emergence.

5. They are filing a Sub Chapter 5 under the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy which is something new that is a streamlined process much faster than a regular Chapter 11.

5a. A Sub Chapter 5 means that Absolute Priority rule goes away.

5b. A Sub Chapter 5 means that there is no input from creditors for the approval for their plan of reorganization.

5c. A Sub Chapter 5 means that only the judge is required to sign off on the approval for their plan of reorganization.

Like any other stock within the market, their is risk that is involved. If this is not the risk for you, then the market will understand I'm sure.
