Thanks again Jon for being on top of these things and giving us an update. It's so nice to get a clarification. As I posted in my prior post, many companies and investors now believe that spam and fax blasts are now being used by those who wish a stock's price to be lower (suspects might be hedge funds - see Cramer's recent admission, in essence, as to how and why he believes that hedge funds should manipulate the market). Quite frankly, I can't remember a fax blast or spam recently that actually has increased a stock price. They get listed on about 20 scam sites that automatically post these things w/o checking the source of the spam. Stock message board bashers pick this up and claim the company is a scam based on this type of "evidence."
It's good to know that NNYG is not a typical dilution and dumping pinkie as you go forward with your business plan.
