As some of you know because of my position and involvement with Northamerican Energy Group I have been advised not to post on here and although I firmly believe it's a good way to answer questions and build relationships with our investors I have deferred to those much smarter than I in this arena.

Next item, as I have advised some of you already, Northamerican has not ever, and did not, hire any stock promoters and only disseminates it's news and information through Prime News Wire, and StockGuru.com and the source of the current Spam campaign was not this company, or anyone we have contracted with.

As to StockGuru.com they are strictly an Investor Relations firm and refuse to participate in these kinds of promotions, as evidenced by the fact that even though Northamerican Energy played no part in the current Spam campaign they advised me that they were discontinuing all investor awareness, market updates, etc. on their website until the Spam was over.

Last item, I have discussed the inability to trade NNYG online with Ameritrade and have been advised that the huge increase in recent volume automatically triggers the refusal to allow trading except through one of their brokers (at no extra cost to the investor) and that this automatically occurs with any stock where something like this happens.

They assured me that the posting* when you attempt to trade NNYG (*Opening transactions for this security must be placed with a broker. please contact us) is is done strictly to protect their investors, and for no other reason, and that they would never advise any investor that the online trading in NNYG was halted due to suspicious market activity.

As they told me if there was a problem with NNYG their brokers certainly would not accept buy or sell orders.

So the good news is that the volume and liquidity has dramatically increased to all of our benefits, the bad news is that refusal to allow online trading gives those investors who wish to online trade with Ameritrade the feeling that something is seriously wrong at NNYG. .... How do you win that contest?
