Just a thought but with a 290K float, 300 shareholders to go to Nasdaq would only be an average of 1000 shares each at $4/share is $4,000 each. 20, 5% share holders is 14,500 shares each for float lock folks.
Once that happens and they hold, and 99.99999999% of the market hears about NDTP for the first time this could go nuts to $100/share in a week once the SEC filing drops and folks see the UPennMed JV contract and research history and tech is all real, tech that can cross the BBB Blood Brain Barrier and enable self repair of the brain by simply delivering nutrients to the brain, nutrients that the brain is starved for.
It is all documented in 13 years of Michael W Fountain (10% shareholder of the 7 year old private firm that R/M'd to form NDTP, which has been confirmed to have happened per the website at http://www.NDTPharma.com a week ago), and documented in Dr, Cohen UPennMed research papers I nailed down and found.

Here is the 2010 Univ of So Florida #TBI Traumatic Brain Injury paper, that had every department head at the Univ including Fountain ( a co-author) involved with NIH, National Institute of Health and the Vet Admin (US-DOD-Department of Defense, Vets with Brain Injuries was and is a #1 R&D effort from Middle east wars...) co funding the research. And note the Green Tea Extract EGCG Green Tea Extract in the articles from 2010 to 2020!!!!
