You are welcome. Except for my DD on it, $NDTP, there have been no PRs or fan fare. I got lucky finding it (custodial play late last year). But one bread crumb clue, and me be being a Bio-chemical Engineer that has also done patent work, Gov research grants, and Biotech.... I followed the bread crumbs and found the Biotech pot of gold history that is inbound. The web site has not even been PR'd and we have just one last thing left on the Oct 2019 to do list the snail mailed old shareholders of the shell late last year.

And SEC S-1 or 1-A filing.

The only thing that makes any sense is for the founders to do 1-A , 40 Mil dollar cash raise (underwritten) and immediate uplist to NYSE, IMHO.

The founders run and have run and helped start 2 Nasdaq firms and one NYSE firm.

Cision which was just bought for billions (Nasdaq ... Yarbrough))

Carlyl Group (manages over 200 Billion dollars in funds) (Mathias)

And Donnelley Solutions (Nyse) Larry Kubin (2 time superbowl NFL)

40 Mil cash raise would be peanuts for them for a biotech that repair brain damage...
