All it takes for the trend watching chartists, is a dollar or two move in the opposite direction to wipe out all the premium.

Happens all day long in SPY...both ways.

Don't worry though I'm sure that doesn't correlate to order flow in any way.

No one cares what the "valuations" are, because they aren't buying anything. When they're done scoffing up all the options premium, they just sell it back to "dip buyers".
