The 10K being audited is the only report that matters, for their QB listing anyway. So, no their Q's aren't going to be audited, but their last 10k was and I assume their next one will be too.

No company, whether big board or OTC, is required to audit their quarterly reports. They may choose to do it, but it is not necessary that I'm aware of.
