Agreed. I tend to be skeptical about off label use for other cancers. First, someone needs to point out an example or cite specific regs that the FDA would permit a biologic to be used off label in such a way.

Also, lack of insurance coverage and even malpractice risk for doctors to use an “unproven” treatment for other cancers might limit off label prescriptions, even if legally permitted - certainly within the US, at least.

Someone make the case, if you ask the FDA would off label use be permitted, what would be their response?
