raistthemage, There is no way for us to know. Keep in mind there is
always a (small) chance that a hostile bid can be made for the company.
Of course, for all we know there could be a deal in the works already,
or even a deal that may not have been presented to AMRN management yet.
So it is impossible to know that for certain.

The way I see it is so long as AMRN does not do a JV for Europe then
my "hope" for a BO is still alive. Should AMRN announce a JV with
a BP for Europe then that would reduce the odds of a BO. At least
that is the way I am looking at the situation.
