Those new products got the attention of some serious investors. That is why share price started to move in my opinion.

3) These new products prove that the company has money for developing new products

Plus he declared shares buyback last year, no reverse split no increasing authorized shares. Also the company posted net profit in 2018. He said it is gonna double revenue in 2019
