Next to zero. Virtually no chance. I am not aware of any normally processed case where an Appellate Panel has rendered an immediate decision at oral argument rather than reserving decision.
The OA is an significant event without a result or resolution. Think about this as an announcement that a study has reached an endpoint and that it will readout in 30-60 days. This is hardly worth a trading halt.
