It is not judge DU's job to try the case for AMRN....Covington had many years to prepare....there was discovery....Covington should had everything buttoned up...they should have at least called a professional statician....aMRN as well if they cared enough the chief medical officer should have been all over this case 16 hours a day...AMRN and Covington screwed up as well
and made Du' s predetermined outcome ( who knows) much easier to sell.the scapegoat is Due and she erred...it's AMRN's responsibility to bring an A plus product to the courtroom...since the were not settling imo
