sts...The cropping of the table in KURA was not Judge Du's mistake...this cropping led judge Du to make an erroneous interpretation of Kura...i.e....

1.that there indeed was a statistically significant difference in the APO B between the EPA group and the placebo group...this is WRONG!(as shown in the uncropped table)
2.Judge Du, in her decision, said that therefore a POSA would have known that EPA was effective in lowering APO B and the patent would be invalid due to obviousness...this also is WRONG!
