Yes, agreed, and almosthere is correct:

First, there is no prohibition from LQMT making parts for Apple. They just can’t sell the old formula or license it for any other CE, other than Apple. Chung actually told me that was true, but I had an IP attorney review the Agreement as well, who also confirmed that was true. However, the IP attorney’s question to me was, of course, the obvious one, laughing, “These guys have the capacity to manufacture for Apple???” We all know the answer to that from then.

Second, there is no prohibition on the 106c formula and if Yihao is manufacturing, I don’t see how LQMT wouldn’t be entitled to royalties on the formula - whether they are able to use that as a runaround on the MTA is another matter entirely.

Now, whether or not that “targeted market” is for CE is another matter, but “bridge pins” is asinine.
