Unfortunately for you and other Canadians, you are stuck with no way out. To date the company has not made any filings to get that 25 month old CTO lifted. No drilling, no assays, no assets, reliance on old non-compliant assay results they read about (both Todora and Tannahill - but I do note they bypassed the most recent 2011 drill program results as this would not provide false hope the 1998 non-compliant results may.

It now makes sense DD Summit Group removed the ACRL false postings. While the CTO is in effect the company cannot promote the shares of the company and since DD was on the payroll, those false postings would fall to ACRL to explain away to the regulators.

So this is just a shell game now played by those who can falsely hype up nothing to those who know nothing but believe anything so they can scalp the trades. I for one, if I were a shareholder, would find it disconcerting to realize the company supposedly is speaking to some but not to all, and company information seems to come from a vacuum, by those are rewarded for sharing a false narrative. Remember "soon" is anytime between now and when it happens and this CTO has been supposedly removed "soon" for over a year.
