You don't short penny stocks with option contracts unless your an absolute fool with very deep pockets.

Shorting a penny stock is more of a bull/bear issue.

Shorts are sellers. They drive the price down. Facts are irrelevant, the only thing that matters is having enough money or shares to move the price.

A short/bear sold 250k at EOD yesterday. They did that when a bull was acquiring 1 million shares.

Bears vs bulls.
