The are PINK Current with OTC markets. If anything they could get the yield sign, since their most recent filing is within six months.

IF they still haven't filed at the end of September then and only then would the stop sign reappear.

All indications from those who have talked to IR are that the filing will be out shortly. I expect it tomorrow personally.

While you are technically correct that they are delinquent with the SEC, it is of no consequence and will be rectified shortly. The SEC only takes action on companies that have not filed within two years or more. No risk of any action by the SEC for being a few days or even weeks late at this point in time.
