I doubt Disney would buy GNUS, especially without proving it has the ability to make money.
But, at the right price, an Amazon, Netflix, YouTube, Youku, etc might be interested, more for access to the IP, than anything else.
The company is being sued, Andy is probably mainly at fault, and the board of directors did not appear to do anything to stop him. Unless a federal agency investigates, I doubt we will ever find out who was at fault, unless the company throws someone under the bus.

I'm guessing that all these law firms read the complaint and sees a case. They are hoping to get a lead plaintiff and control the case and make most of the money.
