WRONG!!!! BIEL noteholders can convert to shares of BIEL stock at any time. I have the note document in-hand. If Noteholders convert early, they lose any accumulated interest, but who chares if you sign a note on day one and convert on day two.

I recommend that anyone interested to help BioElectronics increase their cash position, reach out to KW, and ask for the note documents.
